Sleep Supplements

There is a lot of discussion in the media about sleep at the moment.

All sorts of remedies and pills are being offered to help get a better nights sleep by health stores and pharmacies.

They seem to have two things in common:
Firstly, there is, in most cases, little scientific proof that they work. Secondly, they are expensive.

We would suggest that it would make more sense to read the evidence based on sleep research, by experts, on our web site, on how to prepare for a good night’s sleep.

If this is not helping, then maybe a look at the mattress. How old is it? Is it giving the correct support? Is it to firm or to soft? Does it transmit disturbance? Is it to small? Has your comfort requirement changed since the mattress was purchased?
